Important: These Terms are for website use. Separate terms may apply if you book services with AE (rental/service terms, cancellation policies, agreements, waivers, etc.).

You must be able to form a binding contract to use this Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features

  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data/content from the Site without written permission

  • Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee availability.

  • Quotes and pricing are not binding until confirmed by AE in writing (including email/text) and, if required, a deposit is paid.

  • We may refuse service or cancel availability if circumstances require (for example: unsafe conditions, inaccurate information provided, scheduling conflicts, or factors outside our control).

6) User Submissions (Forms, Messages, Testimonials)

If you submit information through the Site (contact forms, quote requests, comments, testimonials, etc.), you agree:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to provide it

  • You won’t submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing
