Acceptance of Terms

By using arcadeeverywhere.com or booking an event with Arcade Everywhere LLC (“AE”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

AE provides fully facilitated mobile play experiences for private events, corporate events, schools, festivals, and community gatherings in the greater Chattanooga, TN region. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by AE.

Bookings and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
• The remaining balance is due as specified in your event agreement, typically 7 days prior to the event.
• Pricing is confirmed at time of booking. Founders Pricing rates are locked in at time of deposit payment.
• AE reserves the right to adjust pricing for future bookings with reasonable notice.
• A $35 fee applies to any returned check or failed ACH transfer.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information including guest count, location, and any special requirements
• Ensure a suitable space is available (minimum footprint requirements communicated at booking)
• Obtain any required permits or venue approvals for the event location
• Ensure adult supervision is present for events involving minors

Limitation of Liability

AE carries general liability insurance and maintains safe operating standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim. AE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on arcadeeverywhere.com including text, images, game names, theme systems, and brand assets is owned by AE or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
