    • Small setup: ~10’ x 10’ to 15’ x 15’

    • Medium setup: ~20’ x 20’+

    • Large setups / mini golf layouts: best with a bigger open area (gym, pavilion, yard, event hall)

    If you tell us your space (or send a quick photo), we’ll recommend the best layout.

  • Both. Indoor setups are great for predictability (weather, lighting, comfort). Outdoor setups are awesome for festivals, parks, and backyard parties. We’ll advise what works best based on your event type and location.

    • moving indoors (if available)

    • adjusting the setup to fit under a pavilion/covered area

    • rescheduling (policies depend on event type and notice)

    Bottom line: we don’t want your event ruined by clouds having feelings.

  • Earlier is better, especially for weekends and peak seasons. If you have a date in mind, reach out as soon as you can. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
