- Light rain: Tents/canopy, continue event
- Heavy rain: Halt, shelter, resume when safe or pivot indoors
- Lightning/thunder: Immediate pause, 30-min protocol; reschedule if needed
- Winds 25+ mph: May pause or cancel
- Active severe weather warnings: Reschedule, no exceptions
If AE reschedules due to weather
Full credit valid 6 months. Rate locks in. All bonuses carry over. Zero penalty.

Identify an indoor backup at booking — most weather scenarios become a pivot, not a reschedule.
