What happens if it rains?

Response by weather type

  • Light rain: Tents/canopy, continue event
  • Heavy rain: Halt, shelter, resume when safe or pivot indoors
  • Lightning/thunder: Immediate pause, 30-min protocol; reschedule if needed
  • Winds 25+ mph: May pause or cancel
  • Active severe weather warnings: Reschedule, no exceptions

If AE reschedules due to weather

Full credit valid 6 months. Rate locks in. All bonuses carry over. Zero penalty.

Your best protection

Identify an indoor backup at booking — most weather scenarios become a pivot, not a reschedule.

Client-initiated weather cancellations

Standard cancellation policy applies if you cancel before AE makes a safety determination.
